Please note that while our office is open Monday-Friday from 7:30 - 4:30, our providers do not check patient portal messages Friday-Sunday.

Payments
& Phreesia

CLICK HERE to open the Phresia sign-in page. We are now using Phreesia as our online payment system. If you need to speak to a staff member in our billing department, please call (334) 393-3686 Ext. 5.

If you fail to come in for your appointment or do not cancel 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $25 no show/cancellation fee. All patients are responsible for payment of any monies due (copays, deductibles, and/or co-insurance) at the time services are rendered at check-in. Contact your doctor

While you can send us a message on the patient portal, you can also call us at (334) 393-3686 to speak to a nurse, schedule a same-day appointment, or leave a voicemail. PLEASE NOTE: we have recently changed our phone system, please listen to our NEW phone prompts.

Phones are answered from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday. Some calls may have to be returned the next working day. Please allow ample time for the medical staff to return your call. We ask that you do not leave multiple messages. Your questions and concerns are important to us, however, the doctors and medical staff are busy caring for patients in the office and will return your call as soon as possible. Our after hours answering service can be reached by dialing (334) 393-3686, our phone line automatically turns over at 4:30. If you cannot connect to the service thru our phone system, their direct line is 1-888-223-3251,  please only use this number after hours.  Messages will be forwarded to the on-call provider as needed.

We encourage refills to be done at the time of visit. Please call your pharmacy directly to process your medication refill requests. Please allow 48 hours for your refill to get to your pharmacy. Please note that the on call provider will not refill any routine medications or pain medications. Those requests should be handled during normal business hours Monday thru Thursday, when possible.
